Painting # 2 Days
I had Parks & sons power wash my cedar home (lots of mildew on north side) and the cedar siding turned out like new (30 year old home) plus no more mildew I also had them apply oil and it to turned out Beautiful I found the easy to work with and very knowledgeable they masked the windows and doors prior to oiling and cleaned up afterwards they did a fantastic job on my cedar home and shake roof.

Asphalt Sealcoating 1 Day
I had parks & sons sealcoat my asphalt drive way it looks so nice and black like a new driveway they do great work.

Exterior Painting
After having Parks & Sons oil our roof this year and in past years, clean gutters and install gutter caps we decided to ask for a bid to paint our house. We received a bid the day they oiled our roof. The bid was reasonable and we decided to go ahead and paint. They were meticulous and the end result was amazing. Our home looks like it has new siding. I was unsure about picking a color and their input and knowledge was invaluable. They completed the job in 3 days, the 1st day was power washing the house to let it dry for painting the next day. The 2nd day the majority of the job was done. On the third morning they returned to finish trim, touchups and cleanup. I cannot stress how happy we are with the outcome! You will not be sorry you hire Parks & Sons! Excellent work!

Roof Maintenance $1,200
They have oiled and maintained the cedar shake roof on my home for years. They always do top quality work at a fair price, adding in repairs for no additional cost.

We hired Parks & Sons to resurface our 1/4 mile long driveway this past summer. They did an outstanding job! They finished on schedule, on budget and did a terrific job. I would highly recommend them.
